Notice: Application date extension

There is an interim cut-off date in our fundraising offer, for people who have pre-registered, to receive a priority allotment of securities based on the applicant’s original registration date. The SolarShare Board has extended this interim date to Friday the 15th February, 5pm (originally Tuesday 12th February 5pm). This has been done as we are conscious that we want to give people an opportunity to come along to our information evening and consider the information presented, and have plenty of time to read the offer information statement before making an application to become a member of SolarShare.

Applications received after this date will be allocated on a pro-rata basis as per the allotment policy on page 14 of the offer information statement
